Directions ข้อแนะนำ

• ทานขณะท้องว่างหรือหลังอาหาร 30 นาที
• ทานครั้งละ 3 เม็ด วันละ 3 เวลา เช้า กลางวัน เย็น
• สำหรับเด็ก อายุต่ำกว่า 6 ปี ทานครั้งละ 1 เม็ด 3 เวลา
• สำหรับเด็ก อายุ 6-12 ปี ทานครั้งละ 2 เม็ด 3 เวลา
• งดน้ำเย็น น้ำแข็ง ไอศกรีม
• งดหัวไชเท้า หน่อไม้ กะปิ ปลาเค็ม ของหมักของดอง
• งดของมัน ของทอด ของหวาน ไข่แดง นม เนย ชีส กะทิ
• ควรนอนไม่เกิน 5 ทุ่มและนอนพักผ่อนให้เพียงพอ อย่างน้อย 8 ชม.
• ควรกินอาหารหลากหลายครบ 5 หมู่ในสัดส่วนที่เหมาะสมเป็นประจำ
